Gearboxes
Within a car transmission, there are 7 main components that are important to understand. Each one functions in a particular way, working together as a whole to give power to your car.Major parts of the automatic transmission include the torque converter, hydraulic pump, planetary gears, clutches, and brakes.
Cylinder Heads
A cylinder head assembly typically consists of the following components: Cylinder head: it is located above the cylinder block, covering the cylinder. While sealing the cylinder, it provides positions for installing intake and exhaust valves. It also includes valve seat, valve guide, and other parts.
Fuel Rail
It is part of your vehicle's ignition system. The pipe resembles a rail and has a pocket for each injector. It has an inlet for the fuel supply, and includes the fuel pressure regulator (FPR). The fuel pressure sensor, which is also mounted on the rail, measures the pressure of the fuel in the rail.
Car Suspension
There are three basic types of suspension components: linkages, springs, and shock absorbers. The linkages are the bars and brackets that support the wheels, springs and shock absorbers. Springs cushion the vehicle by dampening shock loads from bumps and holes in the road.

Product Testing
Hardness test
A hardness test is typically performed bypressing a specifically dimensioned andloaded object (indenter) into the surfaceof the material you are testing. Thehardness is determined by measuring thedepth of indenter penetration or bymeasuring the size of the impression leftby an indenter.
Tensile test
Tensile testing is a destructive testprocess that provides information aboutthe tensile strength, yield strength, andductility of the metallic material. ltmeasures the force required to break acomposite or plastic specimen and theextent to which the specimen stretchesor elongates to that breaking point.
Blue light scanning
Blue light scanning is a high-precisiondimensional measurement method thatscans an objectinto a three-dimensionamodel on the basis of which a series ofdimensional measurements can be madelt is done by projecting a blue light rasteron the surface of the object and using ahigh precision camera to capture theraster.
Roughness testing
A roughness tester is used to quickly alaccurately determine the surface textulor surface roughness of a material. Aroughness tester shows the measuredroughness depth (Rz) as well as the meroughness value(Ra) in micrometers olmicrons(um).
